Seamless Setup with 3CX V18 with PBX Appliance Update
Call4tel ships a firmware update fixing a 3CX Wizard auto-configuration bug introduced by 3CX release V18.0.5.418 on new NX32, NX32 Lite, NX96, NX256 and NX256RR devices.
After 3CX's V18.0.5.418 update broke the 3CX Wizard's auto-configuration process on Call4tel devices, Call4tel released a firmware update restoring smooth operation with the latest 3CX release and wizard.
The issue affected the NX32, NX32 Lite, NX96, NX256 and NX256RR only during initial setup on fresh devices, and did not impact SBC units or appliances already running 3CX.
Partners can apply the fix by logging into the Call4tel web portal, opening Profile > Update, and selecting the available update, after which the device reboots and picks up the corrected configuration flow.
