These terms govern your use of cal4tell.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it, operated by Cal4care Pte Ltd ("Cal4Tell", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or scraping content for commercial redistribution without our permission.

Products, pricing & availability

• We describe our products as accurately as we can, but we don't warrant that descriptions, images, or specs are error-free.
• Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change at any time before an order is placed.
• We may limit quantities, refuse, or cancel an order — for example if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud — and we'll refund any payment already taken for a cancelled order.

Orders & payment

Placing an order through the Site is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and ship your order. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; we don't store your full card details.

Shipping

Shipping timelines and rates depend on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Ownership and risk of loss for physical products pass to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Returns, RMA & warranty

Returns and warranty service are handled through our RMA process — see RMA / Returns for eligibility windows and how to start a request. Warranty coverage and duration vary by product and any support package purchased with it.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and software — belong to Cal4Tell or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission, other than what's reasonably needed to place and manage an order.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites — SIP trunk providers, 3CX, distributors, and partners. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, products, or practices of any linked site.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Cal4Tell isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Cal4Tell against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
