Call4tel is Compatible with Malaysian leading telco Multi-line SIP
Call4tel's NX32 appliance is officially certified compatible with Telekom Malaysia Berhad's Multi-Line SIP service, easing customers' migration off ISDN PRI.
On December 12, 2022, Call4tel announced that its NX32 appliance had passed testing by Telekom Malaysia Berhad, the country's largest telco, and was officially certified compatible with the carrier's TM Multi-Line SIP (MLS) service - timely, since Telekom Malaysia had already told customers that ISDN PRI support would end in 2023.
Adam Kamil, Call4tel's Director of Malaysian Operations, said the certification lets existing customers move to Multi-Line SIP simply by pairing Call4tel's appliance with 3CX, and opens a new market for Malaysian partners with a future-proof solution.
Telekom Malaysia Berhad issued an official certificate confirming that the NX32 and 3CX combination migrates smoothly from ISDN PRI to Multi-Line SIP on its network.
