3CX has discontinued updates for Raspberry Pi as a PBX platform; Call4tel points partners to its own certified appliances, like the NX32 Lite, as a replacement.

3CX announced it would stop releasing updates for Raspberry Pi as a PBX appliance platform, having already halted v18 builds for Raspberry Pi users after Update 2, with no further Pi4 builds planned.
Call4tel frames this as an opportunity: its appliances are purpose-built and certified for 3CX, and:
- Ship preloaded with 3CX V18 and Debian
- Support up to 800 users
- Can be managed remotely through Call4tel's cloud portal
