The HA 3CX device is used as a server when setting up your 3CX Failover. 3CX failover allows you to run two PBXs at the same time, one being your primary PBX and one being your secondary (backup) PBX. In the event that your primary PBX fails, your secondary PBX becomes active minimizing downtime and data loss. The secondary PBX is a replica of your primary one.
The HA appliance can be easily managed from Call4tel's cloud portal, therefore, updates and settings are configurable remotely.
Note that a PRO or Enterprise 3CX license is required for failover.
