Using the NX16 as an SBC

Configuring the NX16 device as a Session Border Controller: IP address setup, then SBC installation through the Call4tel portal.

  1. In the Call4tel portal, select "Use the following IP address" and enter the IP address, gateway, and DNS, then click Update.
  2. On the Settings page, click SBC Install, enter the 3CX SBC details, and confirm.
  3. Wait for installation to complete — SBC information appears at the bottom of the Settings page once done.
  4. To remove it, click SBC Uninstall on the Settings page and confirm in the popup.
