1. Contact your distributor: Our distributors offer level one support services. Please contact your distributor to ensure that the device is configured correctly. If your distributor does not provide support, you can contact our support team at email@example.com
Note: We are unable to assist with any returns or RMA cases via the phone. Once your ticket is open, a Call4tel support agent will contact you.
2. Return the device to your distributor: Return your device along with the RMA to your distributor. Your distributor will manage your RMA.
Note: Call4tel does not provide replacement devices for RMA cases that are purchased via distributors.
