Important Update: Call4tel Appliance Pricing Adjustment

In today’s rapidly evolving hardware landscape, maintaining the quality and reliability our customers expect requires constant adaptation to global supply chain realities.

Over the past months, we’ve seen a significant increase in the cost of critical components used in Call4tel appliances—particularly silver chipsets and membrane materials. These components are essential to ensuring the performance, durability, and long-term reliability of our devices.

As a result, our production partners have implemented cost increases across the latest manufacturing batch. Despite our efforts to absorb these changes internally, the scale of the increase makes it necessary for us to adjust our pricing.

Effective immediately, Call4tel appliance prices will increase by 25%.

Why this change is necessary

  • Rising component costs: Global demand and limited supply of key materials have driven up prices.
  • Manufacturing adjustments: Our factory has already applied updated pricing to current production batches.
  • Commitment to quality: We are not compromising on the components or build quality that define Call4tel devices.

What remains unchanged

  • The performance and reliability you expect from Call4tel appliances
  • Our commitment to long-term support and service
  • Our focus on delivering cost-effective communication solutions

We understand that pricing changes can impact planning and budgeting. Our team is here to support you through this transition and help you identify the best options for your deployment needs.
