The HS-M21 AI and HS-D21 AI use an HD NdFeB magnet wideband audio speaker, designed for human voice frequency, enabling the headsets to deliver crystal clear sound and richer intonation. Smart voice capture technology is also used along with dual microphone array.
Hearing Protection & Ergonomic
With their unique hearing protection technology, the headsets are able to instantly cancel out any harmful loud sounds. Ensuring the sound level remains in the safe range (118db) and protects users’ hearing
The adjustable silicon pad headband and ergonomic design are made with a protein leather ear cushion cover and silicon pad headband to reduce ear and head pressure, allowing users to wear them comfortably all day.
Plug’N’ Play With 3CX
Manage 3CX calls directly from the headsets. Users can answer, end, mute and adjust their volume levels from the side buttons. Additionally, configuring the headsets with your 3CX Call Center is child’s play with plug’n’play provisioning.
