A sit-down with Express Tech Founder, Aziz Kapadia on selling Call4tel 

Express Tech was founded in 2013. They are an IT solutions and Low Voltage Systems Solutions provider as well as a 3CX Partner. Its main focus as a company is to provide exceptional customer service by offering the best solution. Hi Aziz, could you tell us a bit about your company.

Our focus is small to medium size businesses. We cover all IT infrastructure needs; from Networking, IP Telephony, Wi-Fi Coverage and CCTV Security Systems. Our clients range from commercial offices, residential villas, factories and private healthcare clinics in Kuwait.

Why did you decide to start selling Call4tel and what’s the secret to your success?

As a 3CX Partner, we want to sell as much 3CX as we can to our customers. There were many instances in the past where an appliance was needed or even requested by the customer. No other appliance has the capabilities and features to support 3CX as Call4tel does. That’s where we found our silver lining. By offering Call4tel appliances to our customers we are providing them with a best-of-breed solution. The main benefit is that we have peace of mind. Call4tel appliances just work. That makes our job of installing and deploying them super easy. Also, ongoing maintenance, management and troubleshooting can all be done remote via the cloud portal. Call4tel is our go-to appliance for any deployment.
